Better decision making

There is no so call wrong decision making in football that's what I believe. The reason for this is every decision the player takes are the idea(should be respected) of the player and no matter the result of the decision it is still executed with the good intention of the player to do good for the team(unless there is fixing nonsense).
But there will be always 'better decision making' in football that's the truth.
There are many coaches decide if it was good decision or not depend on the football action being successful or not but it is wrong.
It is vital for us to recognize if the decision of the player would be consistently successful football action in higher level of competition or different situation in the game(play simple).
How we coaches plan the session to help the players to keep making better decision making(never ending story)?
So today's my session was..

1. W-up

Possession game

1. 4v4v3, 4grids and all 4 are different sizes 
2. 3v3v3+2freeman 4grids and all 4 are different sizes 

SSG

1. 7v4 
2. 5v6+1freeman

はい、調子に乗って３日連続ブログ更新。絶対続かんね。

今日のセッションは’より良い決断’。

サッカーをしとる中での決断で間違いは無いと信じております。

なぜか : 選手は全ての決断を彼らのアイディア（チームの為）を持って行っているから（これはリスペクトされるべき）。

ただ、サッカーには常により良い決断があるのが現実（これはネバーエンディングストーリー）。そのより良い決断を選手達がコンシスタントに行える様に習慣付けてあげるってのが今日のセッションの目的（もちろん一回でどーこーできるもんやないからレピテイションね）です。

コーチングのキモは常に声をかけ続ける事によって選手達がより良い決断を行う様にチャレンジし続ける事。フリーズして指導するのもえーけど、このタイプのセッションに関しては俺は流れの中でを好みます。試合中は止めれんからねやっぱ（どーしてもって状況はフリーズするお）。これが頭にあればグリッドどうこうとかコンディションどうこうはそこまで気にする事ないと思っておる。

Life is

Full of events!! Exciting or boring or good or bad doesnt matter its all how you take it and actually all are the learning moment for your life.

Had mumbai super division match for our U-16 and the opponent didnt turn out on the pitch!! Thank you very much for the 3 points which we dont even care but playing the game to develop our boys(trying to be sarcastic as much as i can).
But I decided to take this event as positive one!! But how? Here you go..

Rondo for the day

1. Boys had the most dynamic(relaxing) Rondo to showcase their insane skills(Successful or not but without getting shouting from coaches - One of the best way to enjoy football) and coaches had the most strategic(super close distance) meeting to talk about...(use your imagination)
2. 1 is joke, 2 and 3 are actual beneficiary 
3. We had good 3hours(up and down) travel to think about football with no distraction
4. Share our time in private space(bus) to develop our group processing by talking, listening same music, talking about football and sleeping on the shoulder next to me!!😂

It is always learning moment.

はろー、挨拶ね、なますてーのはろーよ。

今日はムンバイ地域リーグのゲームでしたー、大人のリーグなんやけどウチはU16のチームで参加しとるよー。相手来んかったよねー、インドちゃんやね。

ロンドしとって３ポイントもらいましたー（意味なし）。選手の試合経験の為に参加しとるリーグなのにねー。。まー仕方がない。少なくとも移動時間（３時間）でグルーピングプロセスの一貫になったと考えます。ポジティブだろ〜？？(誰でしょう?)

その後は家に帰って明日以降のプランを立てて、今はモンキーのショルダーで晩酌中(わかる人すごい）。

最近新しいビジネスやろってことで今日も選手の親御さんに会ってきました。いやー、、まじでインドはタレントの宝庫。続けていこう、絶対おもろいことできると思うぞぃ。

Hey guys, I am back on my Blog!!! After 3 years I think..
Time flies so fast! Retired from my 15 years of professional playing career and now Im with RFYC(Reliance Foundation Young Champs) as a coach of U-13.
Will try keep updating often(mostly about my coaching activity) from today so read it feel me and comment below,, please🤩

はーい、新のブログ再開でーす。３年ぶりなり。時間が経つのは早いもんで、いつの間にか新は選手を引退して指導者として活動をしとるのです。インド１(個人的な意見）のサッカーアカデミーRFYC(略称）長いけー略称ね。こないだはウチのU-16を連れて日本遠征もしました。ガンバとサンガと試合させてもらったよね、ありがたい。結果は両方負け（点差はアカデミーのポリシー上書けません。。１点取れたのはでかい）。やっぱり差はあるけど可能性はプレンティー。書き出すとキリがないので詳細に興味がある人はコメントビローかメールしてくらさい。ちなみに招待枠で参加させていただいた京都の藤田静雄Cupでは3位でした。トロフィーもらったよ。今日からまたなるべく毎日、、いや、、２、３日毎にあげてくんでお付き合いください。
